Hors d oeuvres:
*Crudités (cut up veggies) from Joe’s Garden in Bellingham
*Mushroom Pate with shitake and lion’s mane mushrooms from Cascadia Mushroom Works in Bellingham, walnuts from Concrete, goat cheese from Gothberg Farms in Bow, garlic and basil from our garden, and other local herbs
*Apples and Cheese with apples from Deanna’s tree and smoked gouda from Pleasant Valley Dairy, Ferndale
*Pico de gallo with tomatoes from Deanna’s garden, and other local veggies
*Rye Toasties with rye from Keith’s neighbor (threshed by Keith, milled by Wren)

Main Course:
*Sockeye Salmon caught near La Push, WA prepared with hazelnut oil from Holmquist Hazelnut Orchards in Lynden, fresh local herbs
*Clam Chowder with potatoes from our garden, Whatcom county corn, clams from Taylor Shellfish on Chuckanut, milk from Pleasant Valley Dairy in Ferndale (with butter hand made from same), celery and onions from Joe’s Garden in Bellingham, leeks from Morgan Family Farm stand on Chuckanut.
*Roasted Root Veggies with rosemary from our garden, hazelnut oil, potatoes from our garden, and beets from Joe’s Garden in Bellingham.
*Meatballs with beef from Skagit Valley Ranchers, neighborhood basil and rosemary, and local onions
*Veggie Kabobs with mostly neighborhood veggies
*Grilled Shitakes from Cascadia Mushroom works in Bellingham
*Green Salad with greens from Jericho Farm in Birdsview and other local goodness


Desserts:
*Blueberry Apple Torte with Hazelnut crust with berries from Samish Flats,nuts from Samish Island, and butter made from milk from Pleasant Valley Dairy, Ferndale
*Fresh Fruit Salad with blueberries from Samish Flats, melon from Whatcom County, and local free-range, grain fed, organic, non-GMO blackberries
*Blueberry Sorbet with Samish Flats’ berries and honey from Concrete

*All salt used was harvested from Fidalgo Bay and extracted on site
